Would hire Gotta Move and recommend them to anyone who is looking for professional and reliable help! Our POD unfortunately was flooded on the day of scheduled service, it was only hours when we found out about it. We didn't have any hope when contacting Gotta Move to reschedule with such short notice, but Laura was such an angel and the whole team was so understanding and accommodating. Laura helped us to reschedule for the following day. When the two crew members showed up, they were punctual, professional, and always eager to help. It started pouring shortly after we had started moving, but the hardworking members kept on completing the move without hesitation. I'm truly grateful for their accommodation and help. Again, I would recommend Gotta Move to anyone who seeks professional and reliable help for moving.

The movers were such beasts! I can't believe how easily they got our huge marble topped TV stand and 75 in tvs down the stairs so quickly. Amazing crew, amazing staff, and Laura the woman on the phone was so beyond polite. I can't say enough good words about them

Second time using Gotta Move LLC. First time was July 2023. Outstanding communication, they called and texted to verify the job, communicate the day before the move just to say thank you and wish me good luck with the move. Hired 2 movers for 8 hours to move a two bedroom townhouse to a three bedroom townhouse. Both moved efficiently and handled our belongings with care. I ordered a 26 foot u-haul which was filled to capacity. They used load retainers and my belongings arrived safely. I could not be happier with the service I received and if necessary, I will definitely call on them again.
