They were unprofessional and unprepared. One of the gentlemen showed up in slippers. They did not wrap my cream couch, n end up making it dirty. They couldn’t get it out the door and scuffed up the paint and the adjacent wall, which is now going to cost me money from my leasing. They left to go get another U-Haul you box that should have been delivered Originally and they lied to me and said that the box was not at the location and they didn’t get back for three hours. I assumed they must’ve done another move in that time or had lunch. After being gone for three hours to try to find a box and not returning until 630 they had the audacity to tell me they have to go get gas before they stop at my house. The 700 square-foot apartment that had everything already boxed and ready to go. Talk about seven hours to move in total. Absolutely insane. And the fact that I have pictures from the U-Haul place to show that they left with my box at 4 and they didn’t arrive until 6

Unprofessional one of the guys was moving so slow like he didn’t want to work today, my spouse and I had to step in and help it’s like he was intentionally trying to go over the two hours charge. I couldn’t even reach them at my reserve u haul pick up time I had to literally push my pick up time for an hour later where I almost could lost my reservation to someone else. I felt like I got rip off for the extra hour charge for their slowness to where again my spouse and I had to sept in and help. And I didn’t even had a lot of things to move. I’m not using this company ever again
