Communication was a disaster. The packers spoke no English and I speak no Spanish. It was point and assist or text message, very time consuming. They were given the wrong address to report to and they were lost and we could not communicate, so finally started texting. That caused them to be 50 minutes late getting to the correct address. They worked well and quickly. When they finished they asked for pay, I told them it was scheduled through U-Haul, but they didn't understand. I called the office and got an answering machine so I left a message. No call back. Finally, the packers contacted someone and got someone to call me. They wanted a pay code, which I did not have. Finally got her to resend me the pay code and they got paid. I do not recommend them because of the communication issues both before and during the move.

The two men that provided labor for our move showed up 15 minutes late. They were very courteous and did everything we asked, but their ability to communicate in English was very basic if not nonexistent. However, they took great care with our items and were polite and courteous. They were very hard workers. I would hire them again.
