I initially thought these guys did a great job, but when we unpacked our truck I discovered I was wrong. I had asked them to wrap all wood furniture with the furniture blankets I provided, yet they only wrapped random stuff. My most expensive furniture was left unwrapped and they severely damaged my wooden kitchen table by not protecting it and putting kayaks on top of it. There were bags of furniture blankets, plastic wrap, and tape leftover so there was no reason for them to not do their job. My freezer is scratched and dented, my two kids cribs weren’t wrapped so they’re all scratched and chipped. For whatever reason, they wrapped my ikea furniture great, though I would have rather that been the furniture that got damaged. Super disappointing experience.
