I don’t like to give 1 star but the service was terrible. One of the guys, I think he was from another country was extremely rude, damaged my washer and throw thinks really bad. I moved from Georgia to Florida and paid for 4 hours because I knew I had a full truck. They did it in 2 hours. Did horrible. Terrible job. Not because of the company but that employee is the one making the company look really bad. I want to know how can I get my money back for the 2 extra hours I paid but they did it in 2.

They were very quick and strong in picking up the furniture and making it all fit nicely in the truck. They were professional and had a plan. They only took 1 hour out of the 2 hours I had reserved. The only problem I had were some items were dented in the process but that's also moving for you. One of the guys also pressured me into tipping right then and there which was a little weird. Overall, I would definitely hire them again if I ever needed a fast move!

Pro Moving had great communication throughout the move and was very accommodating for my last minute booking. My mover, Richie, did a great job unloading and loading my things with care in a timely manner.
