They did not have straps to move the heavy stuff. Which resulted in them breaking a leg off of my $1000 dresser. Which I now have to pay for the repair. I kept asking where their straps were. But they kept saying they didn't need them. I only have 3 very heavy objects, my desk, dresser & a cabinet that I have for my office . I paid them extra because my loader canceled, & they were able to come do the load & unload. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! And I would like to get some of my money back to pay for the repair of my dresser.

I have to say this was a great experience. They came and worked fast. It was 2 guys they worked non stop and even gave us breaks when they saw us working to hard. They were professional and did not waste time they finished in super speed and I am grateful that although it was a last minute book right after the holiday they did excellent work. My daughters and I are grateful! Superior service and experience. Thank you DJ
