Move started out well and the move went fine. I paid for 6 hours and the time used was only 4 and a quarter hours.The movers and the booking company point to each other for a refund. T o date I have received nothing. This is unacceptable

Before I tell you how amazing there were, let's start with we were in the middle of a TROPICAL STORM! I flew in to relocate my daughter to a new town and the team from Unlimited were amazing. They had to get out of their own flooded neighborhood to meet me. When they arrived, there was a quick assessment of the job at hand and off to work they went! They handled everything with care and packed the truck far better than I could have. I'd highly recommend Unlimited, and I greatly appreciate the 'above and beyond effort to help me during a storm.
