Strong Man Junk Removal and Moving was the worst moving experience I have ever had. They arrived late after multiple confirmations and still went to the wrong house. The crew smelled like weed used constant foul language and treated the job like a joke. They broke a dresser shattered antique cookie jars passed down from family members who are no longer with us and damaged walls doors and trim in both homes. These were not small scuffs but deep gouges dents and real damage. They were slow sloppy and clueless about how to load a truck which forced two trips instead of one. While mishandling our things they repeatedly asked for tips. There was no apology no care no accountability. They showed zero respect for our property and ruined items that can never be replaced. I would never trust this company again and would not recommend them to anyone under any circumstances. If you value your home your memories or your sanity stay far away from this company.

Crew was supposed to arrive at 1030am, but didn't arrive until 106pm. Which made me late to drop off my Uhaul truck. I was scheduled to drop it off at 515pm, but didn't get there until 545pm. The only reason it was only 30 minutes late is because I had to work just as hard as the two movers to try and make up for their late arrival. When they finally arrived mover #2 asked to use my restroom that I had already cleaned due to me moving out, but even worse than that, he did #2! To top it all off, when we finally finished unloading the truck at my storage, mover #1 said that while I was giving him my payment code, that he thought I would give them a tip. The audacity to ask for a tip when you're almost 3 hours late and I'm sweating just like you. My worst experience in all of my years of moving. I see why they're the cheapest. It's true, you really get what you pay for!
