The arrived 4 hours late which through my entire day off. I scheduled for 9 am. It started the day before the job asking if they could arrive 10-30. The morning of the job at 10-30 I received a text saying they were running last & would be there at 11-15. At 11-15, I got a text they were in their way. Around noon, they were ‘15 minutes away’. They didn’t arrive until 1 pm. Once they got finally got there, they did load the truck within the reserved time & did a good job. But don’t count on them to show up on time.
