We booked moving help for Monday, August 12th. Two movers loaded our truck, and after completing the job, they immediately requested the payment code. However, upon arriving at our destination and opening the truck, we discovered that everything had fallen and was in disarray. This mishandling resulted in our 65-inch Samsung TV being damaged, with the screen cracked because the items were not properly secured. The next day, we contacted U-Haul customer service to file a claim. They directed us to provide details in writing. We reached out to A&D Moving Florida on Saturday, after receiving U-Haul's response. When we contacted them, they stated they couldn't help and that it wasn’t their responsibility. We are seeking either a replacement for our damaged TV or a refund. We trusted U-Haul's list of recommended moving helpers, but this particular service was both irresponsible and unprofessional. We urgently need U-Haul's assistance to resolve this issue.

Two people showed up and had my moving truck unloaded in a very quick and organized manner, they assisted with everything I needed and were very professional.when I love again I will definitely be having them move me!

My Fellow Americans, This is my first time using moving help, A & D Moving Florida was amazing! They kept communicating via text after I made first contact, Very nice guys, they are working hard in this country of ours. They are professional, Took care of the items I needed help with and were super nice. And it would not be gay of me if I said very cute. I would definitely recommend and hire. These guys work hard and as far as I know they spoke english and Spanish (comment i read earlier). But don't knock anyone here for working hard and not speaking too much English it we don't help one another who's else will help the working class.
