We booked moving help for Monday, August 12th. Two movers loaded our truck, and after completing the job, they immediately requested the payment code. However, upon arriving at our destination and opening the truck, we discovered that everything had fallen and was in disarray. This mishandling resulted in our 65-inch Samsung TV being damaged, with the screen cracked because the items were not properly secured. The next day, we contacted U-Haul customer service to file a claim. They directed us to provide details in writing. We reached out to A&D Moving Florida on Saturday, after receiving U-Haul's response. When we contacted them, they stated they couldn't help and that it wasn’t their responsibility. We are seeking either a replacement for our damaged TV or a refund. We trusted U-Haul's list of recommended moving helpers, but this particular service was both irresponsible and unprofessional. We urgently need U-Haul's assistance to resolve this issue.
