Great communication and really nice guys showed up to move us. Nice doesn't change the fact that they were... - almost an hour late, - tried to convince me they started earlier than they did (but to their credit corrected themselves once I took exception), and - (most importantly) my stuff got damaged because they weren't very careful. It's hard for me to reconcile that this company is rated as the best. I've used three companies for 'moving help' through Uhaul in the past year. This was by far the worst with regard to damage to my stuff.

Moving Hands was outstanding from the start. They answered the phone when I called to confirm. I was assured that I would get good men to assist me unloading my truck. I needed to adjust the start time, no problem. The movers arrived on time ready to work. They worked efficiently taking great care of my belongings. Today was the best day of my move! I strongly recommend using Moving Hands for loading out unloading your truck. Five Star Service!!

They went over the original time and they did not pack the truck properly because I had to rent an additional trailer for the rest of my stuff plus one of them broke some of my antique dishes
