They arrived on time and communicated well prior to the arrival and the process of move. They were extremely helpful in assuring the items moved arrived in good condition and took photos of items that showed to have been damaged in the move from out of state due to poor loading technique. He was efficient and hard working throughout the entire time and was managed to complete the job in half of the time the loading movers completed it even after having to unload half the truck to get items I needed out before continuing to the storage unit. He handled all my belongings with the utmost amount of care. I only wish I could have had this service while loading as I would have avoided multiple items having been damaged in the move. Absolutely amazing service! I will definitely be using them again. I was left beyond surprised with how efficient and dedicated they were !

BEWARE! The movers have horrible communication. They barely speak any English and use the phone to translate. They showed up 25 minutes late and we started moving everything ourselves, since we only had a short time frame for the elevator and the truck. They didn't follow directions and went to the wrong area and we had to go find them. They then rushed with things and broke things that we did not realize till after we paid them unfortunately! They said they knew how to put furniture together and we paid them extra. They do not. We paid them extra to put the bed together and they broke the bed. They said they would be back to fix it and never showed up. We had to hire other people to come and fix their mistakes.Horrible experience with these movers. They stand over you and ask you to put a good review in. That is probably why they have good reviews. They also ask for water and tips. They don't say please or thank you or have any manors. Left water bottles everywhere.Stay away!
