I should receive a refund for the moving service done by Service Provider – JB-f8bee0ad AKA Forte Moving Miami on Oct. 30, 2024. See Order Number #cd7a24e0. The reason is because they broke my bed includinng the frame, scuffing the encasing, and ripping the lights apart. I have picture proof of everything and am ready to submit them when you all make a way for me to upload them. Therefore, please refund me the $107.80 amount.

Tony and Mario were awesome. Very professional, worked hard and without stopping to get truck loaded. Took care when moving and loading. Reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend these movers!!!
