We paid for 4 hours, they were done in less than 2.5 because they were very rushed and barely wrapped anything unless we specifically requested it. It made us really stressed out when they were moving so fast. That being said, the guy who fit everything into the truck was amazing. He maximized all the space, even the unwrapped furniture was tilted on its side. What was a surprise was when we unloaded, nothing major was broken. We expected huge dents in the furniture but it was ok. And that's why we are giving them a fair rating.

While the move ran over the originally scheduled time, the movers were extremely careless and damaged most of the furniture with noticeable gouges, scratches, chunks of wood taken out of tables and other furniture pieces. They showed no compassion or concern for their carelessness when called out on the damaged furniture and their lack of care for our furniture and boxed items. Broken glass inside boxes that were marked fragile (which were properly packed and wrapped with bubble wrap and packing cushion and foam. They threw boxes around like they didn’t matter and towards the end of the move decided to stop and sit because they claimed they were waiting for instructions on where to move and put the remaining items all of which had already been explained to them three times prior to them stopping and sitting for a good 20 minutes. It seemed they were trying to take extra time to make more money instead of completing the job so they could finish and leave. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!
