Moving Helpers that arrived for the move did not speak any English and did not use the furniture dolly provided to assist with moving large furniture pieces nor the furniture pads provided for the move to cover any of the furniture being loaded into the truck. This resulted in scratches and damages caused to every piece of furniture owned as well as wasted money to rent those materials. Helpers also arrived to the first location (which was a U-Haul Storage unit) and when we tried to ask if they were there for us they just said they don’t speak English and it took 15 minutes of communicating via text to someone who is likely the company owner before they realized that we are the moving job they were there for. Very disappointed with the overall service as it was difficult to communicate what needed to be loaded (did not understand at first that furniture was being moved too, not just the boxes) and then where all of the furniture and boxes should go once at the unload location.

The 2 men that were sent here were very polite, patient, and efficient. Would recommend these movers to everyone needing help. Made last minute request for help they were here in 2 hours and made everything easy and quick. I would definitely say they deserve more than 5 stars
