This was an awesome experience, the helper was on time, ready to work, super friendly and very professional!!! He made the process smooth. In addition, when I placed the request online, I didn't have to wait long, they contacted me within the hour of the request for unloading assistance and the prices are very reasonable. I've had bad experiences with moving companies so this sort of thing always makes me nervous. I had my concerns but in the end I worked with two movers for about three hours. They were professional, quick and handled a pretty complicated move very easily. Props to them.
