Very disappointed! I had to initiate all calls to confirm service date and establish time. Speed was dreadfully slow. The mover named Don seemed more interested in visiting my dogs (while being kenneled) than working. They arrived late, and did not finish the job. In fact the told me they were over their time (after the fact) (scheduled time) and the. Required me to pay them in cash, with no receipt. They were driving away as I went to look at the truck; NOTHING was strapped down. My son is now putting up strappings and rearranging a few items. They are young, seemed nice enough as an individuals, but dang, I spent money on a very so-so performance. Again - super disappointed!

Worst moving experience I’ve ever had! Never contacted me, did not tell me they would be late. Did not answer when I called them. Only carried one box at a time, to use a dolly. Stood around watching while my son and I moved most of it. Horrible
