Do not hire big dawgs! Anthony and his helper have no clue how to assemble beds - they are moving super slow, i believe they do that, so they can charge you extra hours! Anthony’s wife Andria will ask you for the payment code over the phone, before the job is finished, I made that mistake, so they charged me $112 for an extra hour ( I had 7 hours total) and they did not finish everything I needed to have done (assembling a dining room table was not done, etc) and since time was up, they left! Anthony was rude and agressive in his attitude! I cannot believe they treat customers like that for a 7 hour job I gave them! This job should have been 5 hours max!! They overcharged me for the work they did! You will regret it if you hire them!

This company is very unprofessional - Anthony and his helper spent over 2 and a half hours assembling 2 beds!! I was asked to add an extra hour since they did not finish in the 6 hours I had booked and they asked me for the 2 codes to validate the payment - do not give them the codes until full move and everything expected is completed! They overcharged me for what they did ( move some furnitures from the storage unit to the new house) the additional hour also was $112. The owner (Anthony’s wife) Andria took the payment and after I realized I overpaid (they left quickly) I reached out to her to seek a refund! They did not want to consider a refund, she stated I needed to keep my instructions on how to mount the beds! I believed they took their time mounting them so they can add an hour! Anthony was rude, I would not recommend them! Do it yourself ! I paid $730 for some loading, unloading and 2 beds assembled!!

The two guys that came to help were outstanding. Seriously enjoyed it, they packed the truck to the brim, with care and all while making it even fun. Seriously enjoyed this service, from beginning to end. I can’t say a single bad thing about the guys, the service or the price. They were by far the cheapest option and by far the best service I’ve ever gotten before. Seriously thankful.

Moving is never fun. I don't need to tell anyone that and things can go from bad to worse within minutes if you aren't prepared. I was incredibly lucky to have these two with me that day and there is nothing that could get in our way once we had a game plan. I thought I was prepared and ready for the challenging day, but I was sorely mistaken and again if it wasn't for these amazing people helping me; then things would have been harder or nearly impossible to accomplish. If your goal is to - Get things done smoothly - Take on challenges and execute strategic solutions - Diminish tedious obstacles with ease - Ensure you have all the necessary tools for the job (I didn't have everything and they had extra gear) - Make the best of the day and have a great time doing it Then I recommend Big Guns Moving and Cleaning because any other company will overcharge you for something far less superior than you can ever receive from this amazing duo. I can only hope to get them again when I move!

Anthony was awesome! He is polite and professional and an incredibly hard worker- he got my truck unloaded in record time and he magically got my king size mattress up an extremely narrow staircase - I don’t know how he did it, lol. Thank you so much Anthony!
