The team was very efficient. They loaded all my belongings under 1hr. They were great with providing updates for arrival time. Firts time using movers to assit and it was a great experience. If o need assistance again on South Florida, I'll definitely call them again.

The move should have been quick and easy being that it was only a relatively small amount of furniture and no boxes from one single family home to another within 15 minutes driving distance but unfortunately it was not. My bf and I did a large amount of the work, the movers seemed inexperienced, took forever, had lots of phone distraction during the time I was paying and ultimately had to extend for more time because they were slow. Mishandled my furniture and actually broke an item.
