Certified Movers provided excellent service from the beginning to the end of the job. Mitchell promptly responded to my booking request via text message within 15 minutes. Although my scheduled arrival window was 9-10 AM, I informed Mitchell that I was available for an earlier arrival, and he conveyed this message to Terrence and James. They called to confirm that they could come earlier, which I appreciated. Terrence and James were professional; they took great care of my belongings and my house. They completed the job within the allocated time and worked continuously without taking any breaks. I enjoyed working with such a fantastic team of professionals and would recommend Certified Movers to anyone needing moving services.

Terrens & James were on time. helpful and accomplished everything in the two hours. System problem when I needed to change date of move. Extremely difficult. Did it 3x but wouldn't show up. Eventually cancelled and rebooked but the online info showed me paying 2x and no credit back to me.
