From the moment they arrived, they worked quickly and efficiently, wasting no time and handling everything with care and precision. They maximized every inch of elevator space and moved like a well-oiled machine while loading the U-Haul. What impressed me most was how neatly and securely they arranged the truck — not a single item shifted or got damaged during the move. BJ and Quan were outstanding! They arrived on time and walked through the house with me discussing what needed to be moved. They came up with a game plan, and they executed it. They moved all of my heavy furniture with ease. They were considerate of our belongings, and made sure not to damage them. It was a blessing to have them here to help during a stressful move, and they made our lives so much easier! God bless y'all!

Movers were scheduled to arrive within a two hour window. They arrived 30 minutes after that window. Pretty friendly guys. It would have been nice to have been told what they would and would not bring before they showed up. We rented things they had and needed more of things they didn’t bring. As for the loading and unloading, everything was handled roughly. Nothing was protected or wrapped and multiple pieces were damaged. We voiced concern on the day of the move that the back of the sofa was not back in place and the movers were not able to get it back on place. As I am writing this, one-third of the back of the sofa is misaligned. The owner called us to ask that we not leave a review then fought us during the 3rd party claims process. From what we understand, the moving company told the claims company things that I would argue are simply factually incorrect. Do not recommend.

FLORIDA TOP MOVERS PROVIDED OUR FAMILY MOVE WITH EXCEPTIONAL MOVING SERVICES! THE SECRETARY COMMUNICATED THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS, FROM THE BEGINNING TO THE END! THE MOVERS WAS ON TIME, FAST, AND WAS VERY WELL MANNERED. ALL OF OUR FURNITURE WAS MOVED SAFELY WITH N DAMAGE. I WILL DEFINITELY BE HIRING THIS COMPANY AGAIN! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
