Worst moving experience ever! They showed up late. The main mover was playing on his phone constantly. He kept hitting on me (using google translate) and asking many personal inappropriate questions. I was uncomfortable. They took a 30 min. nap in their car with the AC on listening to loud music instead of moving my stuff. I asked twice for them to help me move. They put stuff in storage I had left to the side for my trip, so had to buy all new clothes and make up. They kept demanding more money bc it went 20 min. over (even though they showed up late and took a nap). They refused to finish and called their boss. When I explained to their boss they were late and took a nap so I shouldn’t have to, he said it didn’t matter and to pay more money before they will finish. I refused but gave ea. guy $20 ea. to finish moving eight boxes. They just took the money without saying thanks and left. I had to finish moving. They packed my storage unit without much care. Very upsetting experience.

Fast job unloading the truck. Arrived early and ready to go. But did not have a dolly. Luckily it wasn’t needed for this truck right into the house job. Limited English made it difficult to communicate but we made it work. Google translate helps!
