Only 1 of 2 spoke English. Very young men who were good at manhandling boxes but didn’t show any care especially with fragile items. Terrible at planning how to load truck. Didn’t come prepared with tools to break down furniture. 45 minute job took almost 2 hours. Both were late. I’m terrified to eventually open the boxes with precious family heirlooms.
