A piece to my king bed frame was dropped from the 5th floor to the 1st floor and broke due to mishandling. It wasn't even acknowledged nor was an apology made. We have been sleeping with the mattress on the floor until we are able to purchase a new king bed frame.

Great job!! I was very pleased with this company. Carlos and Jordam were fantastic. They offered to come in a little earlier than planned and started to work right away. The helpers were very efficient however they could’ve been a little more careful handling some items. The main issue is that they were 2 hours late and the communication on the move day was very poor.
