Pro moving

They were very quick and strong in picking up the furniture and making it all fit nicely in the truck. They were professional and had a plan. They only took 1 hour out of the 2 hours I had reserved. The only problem I had were some items were dented in the process but that's also moving for you. One of the guys also pressured me into tipping right then and there which was a little weird. Overall, I would definitely hire them again if I ever needed a fast move!

Great communication from the start!!! Showed up right on time- very nice and professional, they did a great job loading and unloading from my third floor apartment to our new home! Highly recommend this moving company- we will definitely use them again if need be! Thank you Pro Movers

Note - The help was courteous and hardworking but they were not professional movers. Boxes arrive intact but almost every piece of furniture was damaged. Unfortunately, this site doesn't offer an option to upload photos. Communication with the home office was the problem. Movers arrived before we picked up the truck although the home office had been advised of our pickup time and that I didn't want them to come until a couple of hours later. Apparently they had a couple of moves scheduled that day so they sent the loaders early in the hope of fitting both moves in. The ensuing delay resulted in numerous phone calls urging the helpers to move faster (I believe this contributed to the damages) and in the end an additional 4 hour charge to finish loading. If you have nice furniture and can't watch to make sure every piece is padded and wrapped - don't use this company. These guys are okay If all you have are prepacked boxes that need loading but I wouldn't recommend them otherwise.
