I've used moving services more than a handful of times. Never has it taken 2 hours to move. And that's including going up and down elevators as well as up and down multiple flights of stairs. All in the same move. With more items... like a couch set. I was disappointed with the language barrier. And the fact that I ended up having to finish up myself. Which took about 35-45 min. These guys were nice enough. But the service is very, very slow. The slowest I've ever had.
