The helpers were unprofessional and very slow when moving my stuff, it almost felt like they were deliberately taking their time so that I would pay more. I compare this to my previous experience with the company but with different helpers, where they helped me move all of my stuff from a 3rd floor into a storage that was 30 minutes away in 3 hours, and they had come prepared with moving equipment to help speed things up. In contrast these helpers seemed to not be prepared at all and took all 2 hours to move not even half of the stuff into an apartment that was only 3 minutes away. Furthermore, sometimes they would make trips up and down the stairs without really carrying enough things and I would see them going down the stairs at a really slow pace while texting, hence why I think they deliberately were taking their time. Overall, they did help with some heavy stuff but it was not a good experience.
