Movers were 1 hour and 41 mins late. I was more upset that I couldn’t get a courtesy letting me know they were running late, I had to call them first. But once the guys got there they got right to work and did a great job packing my storage unit. Offload from truck into storage in 37 mins. Worker even used google translate to apologize for the tardiness.

Price is low compared to other movers, but we got what we paid for. Everything got moved quickly, but the couch was slightly damaged when exiting the front door, and some of the furniture was handles roughly. Additionally, one of the two movers took a lengthy phone call during the move and was not productive during this call. The movers did not come prepared with their own water and had to ask for some. We did not mind providing water, it just seemed unprofessional. Overall we were happy to have the help and the movers were respectful, but it was nothing extraordinary.
