This was a terrible experience. I always try to promote black businesses but these guys were terrible. I booked the appointment for 9 they showed up at 1240. As soon as he walked in he charged me for 4 additional hours which he didn’t even use the 2 that I originally paid for. I offered them drinks which they threw the cans on the floor afterwards. They refused to move certain items like my bedroom set and pictures. He was on the phone during the move and dealing with another customer complaint. After showing up 3.5 hours late to my appointment he rushed my job and didn’t put my couches back together and left my place a mess. He said that he was going to go back and get my bedroom set and put my couches together and then he got in the car and left. I called several times just to find out that he blocked me. I would recommend that you NEVER use this company. They are cheap but you get horrible service. Anyone else can do better. I wish 0 was an option to rate them.
