Both movers had a language barrier, but they were prepared with a translator on their phone to communicate. Unfortunately, the load in our 26 foot truck shifted quite a bit in the 2,000 miles we drove it. So they were having to deal with things crashing and falling we weren't anticipating. They worked quickly and steadily for over 3.5 hours straight transferring as much as they could into a storage unit. They got about 90 percent done and did an impressive job stacking everything to the ceiling and really packing the unit well. We need to go in and finish in the morning. We were late arriving, so it was not their fault they didn't finish in one shot. They did an impressive job with what they had to work with! We hope to have them back once we have a place to move into!

Very hard workers. They did a good job and handled my items well. The main issue is that they were 2 hours late and the communication about this on the move day was poor. They only speak Spanish but we were able to communicate via translator app.
