While the team was 30 minutes late arriving they were efficient in working together. They need to pay more attention to using the blankets to cover furniture to prevent damage. There were quite a few items nicked up. They should also have at least one member of the team who is extremely fluent in English. There were times where I don't think they understood some of the details as we went along.
