The two movers, J and CJ arrived promptly and were very professional. They seems to work well together and were able to load the truck efficiently in a timely matter. I underestimated the time needed to I am hiring them again to come back tomorrow to finish loading.

+ Movers were polite - Very late arrival, Damaged furniture, Lack of packing expertise (weight distribution and fit) We still tipped them for their efforts but I would not book this company again. If you own high-quality or delicate items, I do not recommend.

Communication for the scheduled time of the move was poor. I had to reach out to the company for any updates on the arrival of the movers. One of the movers was pretty good, but the other one continually would take extended breaks. I would recommend better communication with the customer and better professionalism from the movers.
