The owner did not get back to me when I reached out to ask questions; his message was in Spanish, so when I called again, I requested that we have movers who speak English because we were moving a house plus storage unit items--a big job. The owner said he would be there and then was not. He sent 3 men who we could not communicate with and who were inexperienced in loading a truck. When I called him to express my concerns, he say he would show up, so we waited for him (and then he tried to charge me $145 over time) and he never showed, citing that he had other moving jobs that day...Items were damaged and not properly loaded. Long story short--we had to hire another company to reload the truck properly. We tipped the guys cash for their time, but sadly, I would definitely NOT recommend this company.
