Moving services arrived several hours late during move out as well as move in despite agreeing upon an arrival time. Because arrival time was after 2PM (scheduled for 9am), this became difficult for them to move all uboxes before uhaul closed. Damages were done to ceiling fan, dresser, dryer, and lamps but only ceiling fan was reported to me by the movers. Mover agreed to reimburse cost but considering it was after 9PM at this point we agreed to discuss it later. I have since contact the mover, MovingHelp.com, and uhaul with several emails and have received no response. I thought I was hiring a professional, experienced moving service based on the reviews. I would have been better off hiring random college guys or even doing it myself. For the thousands of dollars, the service saved us absolutely no headache, stress or worry. I am hoping this review will instigate a response, otherwise I see no other choice but to dispute charges with my bank.

Moving Service arrived 3 hours late unprepared for the scheduled job. With only one truck they were only able to transport one box at a time, adding several hours to the moving process after already arriving several hours late without prior notice. Work was missed unnecessarily because of this. In addition to the lack of puctuality and efficiency, the team consisted of the LLC ownder and only one unprofessional helper who was clearly miserable to be apart of the experience. I was under the impression I was hiring professional, experienced movers based on the reviews. I was asked for a 5 star review at the end of the service which leads me to believe these reviews are fake or solicited. This was a pricey service that did not save us any stress or worry. I cannot recommend UHaul, MovingHelp, or Thoroughbred Moving Services LLC. I have attempted to contact all three parties by email to discuss damages from move in with no response from anyone.

These guys are terrible and to beat it all they refused to go to the destination and unload after it took me an hour to get them on the phone to find out they wasn't coming to the destination.

Communication was great from the very beginning. They were very accommodating when rain was threatening on the morning we planned. So happy that they could rearrange and work that afternoon. Super friendly and understanding with all my boxes and requests.
