I have text messages logged to back all this up completely. The crew was here less than 2 hours as booked and paid. But in some confusion about the pmt code, THE GUY BILLS ME FOR EXTRA TIME, and I was confused by the back and forth. Thought I was getting the code and it was a trick of overbilling me the EXTRA HOURS NEVER NEEDED OR USED. I called and texted many, many times for about a week. The guy dodges my calls and texts. Then finally I got him on the phone and he hung up. I got overbilled, and the guy was unfair and shady in dodging my calls. The crew was great and I TIPPED THEM. The owner who overcharged me knew he screwed me and then ghosted me. BAD DEAL, NOT FAIR, NEVER DO BUSINESS WIT THIS GUY.

Josh and Ryan were so much help, patient and kind with our moving process. They helped pack and move 2 truck loads of my belongings and were so gentle with all of my belongings and even cracked jokes and were so personable. 10 out of 10 if I could rate them higher I simply would!
