The team was very efficient. They loaded all my belongings under 1hr. They were great with providing updates for arrival time. Firts time using movers to assit and it was a great experience. If o need assistance again on South Florida, I'll definitely call them again.

The move should have been quick and easy being that it was only a relatively small amount of furniture and no boxes from one single family home to another within 15 minutes driving distance but unfortunately it was not. My bf and I did a large amount of the work, the movers seemed inexperienced, took forever, had lots of phone distraction during the time I was paying and ultimately had to extend for more time because they were slow. Mishandled my furniture and actually broke an item.

The movers were amazing. They were on time, worked efficiently and were friendly. I’m so grateful that we were able to book them because it completely changed our moving experience. They even went the extra mile and strapped all of our belongings in the truck we rented to keep it secure. I would definitely use them again.
