Not great. We had a couple of conversations about our needs, which were unloading a full truck of furniture and help with unboxing the furniture. The workers showed up on time but did not have any dollies and were unaware that of the scope of the job. They were wearing Crocs which seems to be a strange choice for moving furniture. Also, one of the movers seemed to want to give his opinion on everything regarding the move. The manager that I talked to once they got there was accommodating, but I cannot recommend them.

These guys. Christian and Tony, were amazing. They were all of the things, plus some. When they got to my house, they even took the time to get to know my dogs. (The dogs liked them too)! Aside from that, they were friendly, courteous, and professional. I can't recommend these people enough.

Sam and Michael were awesome! They were very kind and efficient with the loading of our 26ft truck. They worked fast and hard in the crazy heat and were very good packers. Got everything accomplished in the time I needed.

I just want to say the two gentlemen, Christian and Tony, were amazing. I had hired Golden Touch Pro to assist with the furniture and assumed I would tackle the rest. They walked through the house to assess everything and jumped into grabbing everything. They packed our truck with the ease of a master tetris player and packed 98 percent of the house in 2 hours. When unloading, it took about an hour. I really appreciated their work and would recommend them to anyone. Side note, I would advise to add an hour more than you expect.

The Alpha team was professional and diligent with all our furniture. These three-man team exhibited exceptional capabilities. They packed the truck high and tight. No time was wasted, and they also helped with trailer issues and worked with rescheduling to an earlier day. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. None of my items were broken or moved positions in the truck. If you're not using the Alpha team, you're missing out. I highly recommend them ask of the ALPHA TEAM that came to Crestview, FL.
