I was coming in on two wheels (literally) and Marcus stayed in contact with me and arrived when I did! They got straight to work and followed directions well! I have to have more help next week and will be scheduling them!

The truck was very poorly packed. I had to clear it out and repack it. I told them I was traveling a long distance so it needed to be properly packed and secure. If I would have started driving with the way to packed everything would fallen and my fragile a broken or crushed. The two movers argued with each other the entire time. Very unprofessional. They dropped multiple items causing scratches. Only positive thing is that they moved fast, but that’s not worth it if there’s no coordination.

We requested help at 945pm the night before we needed the help. Marcus called us at 10pm to see how he could help. We scheduled 830 the next morning. He and Robert arrived on time and were wonderful! They didn't slow down until everything was done. I will definitely use them and recommend them!

I was out of state, so my sister met him at the storage unit. He was on time. Loaded 2 boxes in 1.5 hours. I was told by U-Haul I had two guys coming so she could get back to work quickly, but only one showed up. That was not his fault. My sister said she thinks he did a good job. She was in her car working by phone.

Marcus was wonderful, he communicated with me a couple of days prior to delivery. He was thorough, looked at what I had to load and got it all in. That UBox was packed like sardines! Nothing should move. I would definitely recommend his services. He had his own dolly and furniture pads too.
