Jack and his team were excellent. Jack was in accessible throughout the process and communicated regularly. On moving day, things went very smoothly. We had a complicated move as we were moving around one third of our stuff to a storage container and the rest to an apartment. We had things labeled as storage, and his team was able to load most of the storage items neatly at the back of the truck, so we could unload the apartment items first, then do the storage after. We had a long cross-country move and all items were neatly packed and securely fastened, I was surprised not to hear a single rattle during the whole move from inside the truck. Highly recommended!
