One of the helpers complained right when they arrived about his boss not communicating with him what type of move it was. Throughout the entire move, he kept telling the other helper in front of me to hurry up because he wanted to get out of here. They broke one of the bed’s leg which we were saving to sell and are unable to do so because of the damage. The owner Washington called me because we went over the reserved time, I told him I’d pay whatever time we used, that it wasn’t a problem. We used an additional hour and 15 minutes and he made me pay for an hour and a half. He didn’t even call me upon completion of the move to discuss the extra 15 minutes, instead, he called one of the helpers to vent to him about it and the helper played the message on speaker for me to hear. I paid for the hour and a half, because again, it’s not about the money. I found them extremely unprofessional and won’t be using them again.
