Richard and Jose was absolutely amazing. They not only arrived early, but they were extremely prepared for the move. I had a few unexpected mishaps such as my storage elevators not working and also adding a last minute additional stop to pick up more stuff from a 3rd floor. They didn’t complain at all, they got right to it. I’ve recommended them to several people and will definitely be using them again. Their work is phenomenal.

At 15 minutes past agreed time, I called to see what was going on. Told had to get gas and would be there in 5 minutes. In another 20 minutes I texted that help was not there. They arrived in about 2 minutes. Thus 35 minutes past start time. Neither person could speak or understand English very well. That caused problems. I had items that I need to be at front of storage unit in one spot. Told both them that. No of the 4 items are at front of unit. One wrapped picture was put on top of a dresser in a very leaning position. I pointed it out and asked it to be moved. Was told it was okay. I moved it. It did only take them about 1 hour to finish job, but I feel I need to go and repack a good part of the unit. This job was to move household items off a u- haul truck into a storage unit. No stairs. Truck was parked in front of unit, thus distance was minimum. If you speak Spanish they would be just okay. If you don't, don't use them at all.

In just 30 minutes, they had my first load packed and ready to go! Their speed didn’t come at the cost of quality either—everything was handled with care. Richard and Jose were 5 star all the way. They both were friendly and very hard workers. We accomplished more than I anticipated in the two hour period. I was very pleased with the communication and the prompt service as I booked my service to be completed the next day.
