Big Dawg Moving & Cleaning

The movers showed up over two hours late and brought their baby with them. I had to pull much of the stuff inside truck out to repack. All communication was done through text, which I think is terrible customer service. Basically this company sucks! I would never recommend or use ever again

Original appointment was for 1030am. Movers didn’t show up until 12noon. Then they showed up with their kids stopping to feed them in the middle of my paid for time. Then they had the audacity to charge for the extra time we needed because they kept stopping for THEY KIDS.

I talked on the phone with one of the sweetest women in the world, her team came in and helped my Husband and I lift, and move all the stuff we had. These guys are some of the hardest workers I have seen. I can't say enough good things about the people and the company. I tipped. Then $280 for all their help.
