These guys were great. I was late in long distance move from NY to FL had truck issues in Maryland. They waited 3 hours for me and when I got there the elevators was out! They carried everything up 3 flights of stairs. Completely top drawer performance! Thanks guys!

They worked hard, quickly and packed well. Our only complaint is that when trying to explain how we wanted a few things packed, they would talk over top of us instead of listening. It was a bit frustrating, but they still got the job done.

Chris and Terry were incredibly helpful - they organized a complicated house and got it packed away; our job also ran long and they were flexible with us and able to keep working to complete the job. Definitely recommend.

Chris and Terry were fantastic! They came right on time, were extremely nice, and kept up the humor. They helped each other and pushed each other to do their best and work their hardest, which is the best kind of teamwork any coworker could ask for. They moved everything flawlessly without any bumps or scratches, and they managed to perfectly unload our containers within the 2-hour time frame as hired. Couldn't recommend any other moving service or people to help with moving. If they're both still there after 4 years when we plan to move again, we will definitely be using Phelps & Friends and requesting these guys again! To Phelps & Friends; if you read these reviews, y'all need to give these two a raise or a bonus. They are some hardworking fellows who keep the vibe going strong, motivate each other, and keep one another on their toes. Your company needs to ensure you keep these guys on your team for as long as possible. Any moving company would be grateful for these two.
