It was a mixed experience. They were 40 minutes late. One employee did an incredible job. They both finished the job in under an hour. I was disappointed that I was waiting for so long when I made sure to be early so that they wouldn't have to wait. I am also disappointed in the 2 hour minimum charge. It has nothing to do with the service itself, it's just unfortunate. It makes me feel like I paid for nothing. Given I already paid $100 more, I will not be offering an additional tip. I would much rather pay by the hour and then offer a tip to the people doing the labor, instead of giving extra money to a company.
