Ray and his partner were professional, patient and kind. He informed me I needed additional boxes to complete my move and told me to call U haul to reserve them so I would be guranteed having them the next day. Before returning he informed me my order hadn't been updated showing the additional boxes so I had to call back again asking to update my order.Thanks for doing a great job .

Ray was fantastic! Heard from him in the evening the day before my scheduled U-Box delivery and load. They showed up bright and early and packed one box (with two people working) in a half hour! After delivering the first box and bringing the second box to load, the job was complete in less than two hours. They answered any question I had, were extremely professional, and also assisted in covering and tying down items. Highly recommend!

The worst experience ever. 2 hours late tried to upsell me to buy another box, after already having 2 boxes for a 1 bedroom apartment does not know how either pack the u-boxes or lied to upsell me had to to throw some of my stuff out because of not knowing how to pack the boxes or attempting to upsell me had to throw my stuff out or give it to goodwill because it did not fit in my car because of them not packing the boxes rather than pack all of the big stuff first then boxes, they packed half the big stuff then boxes then packed the other u-box with couch only to lay it flat (horizontal) rather than vertically to fit my stuff my $5000 leather couch was dirty as hell when it was packed in the u-box, hoping they did not rip the LEATHER!! In every aspect just horrible. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! I only got them because U-HAUL makes the recommendation
