I used this company once before and forgot, otherwise I would not have hired again. The first time in January they did not pack my things in the storage unit well, so I had to go back in and unpack then reorganize them. They slowed down towards the end to basically force me into paying for another hour because they left all the big stuff (couch, mattress, etc) that I couldn't possibly move by myself. When leaving they asked me (read; pressured me) to give them a 5-star review. I gave a 4-star rating trying to be nice, and then they texted me asking me to change it and saying they got fired because of my review. Fast forward to moving this time and it is the person who 'got fired' helping me again. So they are just trying to guilt you into a 5-star rating. My things were packed poorly again, and when I got to my destination half of my stuff was chipped or damaged in some way. The bookcase had fallen over, and several of my lamps got cracked and chipped.

They showed up 30 minutes late and didn’t tell me, I had to check on them. And then they put two holes in our wall by mistake. I tried to book ample time for the items we were moving and really stressed that I wanted them to go slow on the stairs, but it was apparent that wasn’t as big of a priority to them. Their response to the holes was that we can fix it with caulk ourselves (which will not be an appropriate fix).
