They communicated well up until the moving day. I had to reach out to them to see when they would arrive. On the day of I texted to ask them if they had a drill to help us take apart our bed for the move, they read my message and never responded. Once they arrived, I asked again and they told me no and basically figure it out myself. We had to do half the moving ourselves because they didn’t load everything into the U-Haul. Once we got to the new home they did unload everything (which is why I didn’t give them 1 star).

There was no lack of communication between me and Diego. The closing on our house had many setbacks and I had to text Diego to push back on an unload date many times but he was right there accommodating. He and his partner were very efficient and quick. I highly recommend this company!

They unloaded everything in half the time expected up to a 3rd floor walk up in the middle of the summer day in Florida. So helpful, couldn't have done the move without them.
