I thought the company was great, the helpers just didn't treat my belongings with enough care as I had hoped. I have a very expensive couch and they stuffed the cushions in the van in a way they were bent, and hitting the top of the door so it might rip them, and damage them. We had to rearrange a good portion of our truck after they left. I supposed if I was out by the truck to direct them a little more it would have helped. They were very nice, helpful and professional - a little more care just would have been nice.

I accidentally booked the wrong time frame for a friend and they were quick to accommodate us. They stayed in contact before the move and arrived on time and with equipment (which was perfect since UHaul did not have any dollies even though I reserved one). They got to work right away and were pleasant and hard working the whole time. I wasn't sure what to expect when booking movers through UHaul online, but they exceeded all expectations. Full disclosure, it was a very short move of very few things, but they were just what 2 girls needed to finish their move.
