My original movers didn’t show up and reached out to them. They came when I was desperate for help. Due to location, they arrived an hour late which put me even further behind. The one gentleman had a sore arm so the other man had to do most of the lifting. I do appreciate that they showed up.

The movers never called to confirm the appointment and I had to initiate contact myself. On the day of the move, they showed up nearly two hours late despite my repeated calls asking for an update, and even asked for my assistance in moving items. Based on this experience, I would not use this company again.
